Donna Miller is the VP of Customer Success at Egencia. She is an experienced international leader with a track record of delivering sustainable results in major global organizations. Miller is an expert in bringing large teams through complex transformations. Her team is responsible for ensuring that Egencia customers have all the support they need to have the most productive, cost-efficient and safe business trips possible. Prior to her current role, Miller led the successful post-acquisition integration of both Orbitz for Business and Via Travel into Egencia. ith her many years of experience in the industry, she has spoken at many reputable industry conferences, like GBTA Conference 2017 and was celebrated as one of GBTA’s Top 40 Women in Travel in 2019. Miller has also been featured as a guest contributor in business travel publications discussing the topic of traveler-centricity.
