  Workplace violence remains one of the most significant and persistent risks facing organizations today. While active shooter preparedness often dominates the conversation, effective workplace violence prevention begins long before a crisis unfolds.

  In this webinar, Erik Antons, Managing Vice President & Chief Safety and Security Officer for Marriott International, shares a strategic framework for building a comprehensive workplace violence prevention program from the ground up. Drawing on lessons learned from his years of experience in hospitality, manufacturing, energy, and government, Antons will explore how organizations can shift resources toward prevention, preparation, and early intervention.

  Attendees will learn the essential elements of an effective workplace violence prevention program, including policy creation, threat management, recognizing behavioral warning signs along the pathway to violence, establishing multidisciplinary teams, and equipping managers and employees to identify and respond to concerning behaviors before they escalate.
