Billy G. Green, Jr. is a consultant with Risk Management Associates, specializing in technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM), vulnerability analysis and WMD/terrorism defense. He retired in 1997 from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation after 28 years as a special agent.
