In a presentation and panel titled "Diversity in Security: Building a security organization of diversity and inclusion" at the SECURITY 500 Conference, security leaders from Bristol Myers Squibb will discuss how and why they instituted diversity initiatives throughout the hiring and retention process.
Bristol Myers Squibb panelists include Amy Lyons, Head of Corporate Security; Noreen Gleason, Vice President, Business Continuity Management and Corporate Event Response Team Lead; and Sydney Klein, Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Infrastructure and Cyber. The panel will be moderated by Salwa Rafee, Global Managing Director, Healthcare Security at Accenture.
