Hospitality security leaders should focus on emergency plans, incident reporting and employee communication when looking to improve worker safety.

According to the first national survey conducted in Singapore regarding sexual harassment, two in five workers in the country report being sexually harassed at the workplace in the past five years. 

The South African government published a draft code of good practice on the prevention and elimination of violence and harassment in the workplace and covers a number of areas including sexual harassment and online bullying. The code applies to all business sectors both public and private across across the country.
