Crisis will occur when you least expect it. Internal and external communication during a crisis differs from normal communication, so organizations need to plan how they will communicate during a crisis. In this webinar, Jason Stoddard, Director of School Safety and Security at Charles County Public Schools, will discuss best practices on establishing battle rhythm, organizational structure, and leadership, as well as best practices such as "practice like you play," and establishing everyday operating process to mirror what will happen during a crisis.
