Tony Kooser

Tony "Cujo" Kooser is the Founder and President of Full Armor Strategic Solutions. Kooser has a bachelors in Emergency Management and Homeland Securit and conducted his dissertation research on tourniquet use for active shooter and Homeland Security. He has published multiple articles and co-authored multiple military training manuals. He served with multiple special operations units and has been called upon to train and advise fighting men and women in Tier 1 assets, U.S/NATO Special Operations Units, Private Security, Government Agencies at the federal, state and local levels.
