The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) presented its Floyd Ledbetter National School Resource Officer of the Year Award to Officer Lorenzo Beltran of the Ceres Police Department, Ceres, Calif. and Officer Richard Parenti of the Scituate Police Department, Scituate, R.I.
