New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and Chancellor Jim Malatras announced the launch of a State University of New York System (SUNY) system-wide COVID-19 case tracker dashboard. Surveillance testing for COVID-19 began Sept. 2 at Binghamton University in New York. The testing will be conducted throughout the semester and will look at samples of the campus population to try to identify problem areas or potential hot spots for virus spread.
