Ryan Pisarik has joined Kroll as a Managing Director in the Forensic Investigations and Intelligence practice, to help strengthen investigation, intelligence, technology-driven analytics and risk advisory services.
Pisarik is a forensic accounting specialist with over two decades of experience in domestic and international investigative matters. Pisarik brings to Kroll over 23 years of experience with engagements related to forensic accounting, bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, the False Claims Act, antitrust investigations and complex commercial litigation. He also handled U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), Department of Justice (“DOJ”) and regulatory matters involving publicly held and private companies.
Prior to joining Kroll, Pisarik worked with counsel and on behalf of special committees of the boards of public and private global companies, advising them on complex accounting issues, corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. He has presented investigation findings before the SEC, DOJ, World Bank, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of Currency. He has testified as an expert witness in matters involving accounting issues and financial services regulations.
Pisarik was previously a manager at Kroll from 2000 to 2003, and a director from 2007 to 2008. He joins the firm from FTI Consulting, where he was a senior managing director for seven years.
