Christofer Hoff has joined LastPass as the first-ever Chief Secure Technology Officer. In this new role, Hoff will be responsible for the company’s technological innovation and security infrastructure.
Joining from Bank of America, where he led the Global Cybersecurity Technology and Operations team, Hoff brings nearly 30 years of experience to his new role as head of the Technology and Information Security teams at LastPass.
Before working at Bank of America, his roles included the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Citadel, Vice President and Security CTO at Juniper Networks, and Director of Cloud & Virtualization Solutions at Cisco Systems, among other security-focused roles.
In addition to his professional leadership responsibilities, Hoff takes an active role in engaging youth in the impact of technology, privacy and security on society and culture as the founder of HacKid, an interactive STEAM conference for parents and kids from diverse backgrounds. Hoff was a founding member of and technical advisor to the Cloud Security Alliance and serves as an advisor to numerous companies and organizations.
