Don Pecha has joined the executive leadership team at FNTS, a multi-cloud, mainframe and managed security services provider, as Senior Director of Information Security. Pecha will oversee security strategy at the organization and execute information security programs to enable performance across business technology landscapes.

Pecha has a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and threat defense, which has guided his 25-year career in overseeing the security strategy and information technology (IT) governance of many highly regulated healthcare, finance and higher education enterprises. Prior to FNTS, he was Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Insite Data Services, where he led security operations for major data centers that host banking solutions for Midwest communities.

Pecha holds certifications as a CISO and an Ethical Hacker.
