Six sports safety professionals have won Emerging Industry Leader Awards from the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS⁴). The honorees have provided excellence in leadership and innovative additions to the sports safety and security landscape. 

The 2021 NCS⁴ Emerging Industry Leaders include:

• Kory Dahlen: Director of Championships for the NCAA Southeastern Conference
• Zoe Irizarry: Manager, Safety and Security for Major League Soccer
• Michelle Juehring: Race Director, Quad-City Times Bix 7 (Marathon/Endurance)
• Melissa Lesperance, CSSP: Director, District Command Center of Olympia Development of Michigan (MLB)
• Sarah Mathis: Director of Fan Experience for the Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL)
• Dena Scott: Director of Athletics, Fort Bend Independent School District

Award winners will be honored at the 12th annual NCS⁴ Conference and Exhibition, taking place from November 9-10 in Phoenix, Arizona.
