The Shangri-La Jeddah in Saudi Arabia has appointed Suhail Al-Ghamdi as Director of Security for the hotel.

Al-Ghamdi will handle implementing CCTV and security protocols for the new Shangri-la Jeddah hotel. He will also lead the training and development of the security team at the property.

Al-Ghamdi’s has more than 30 years of experience in security, having worked across security and loss prevention in hotels including The Ritz-Carlton. Most recently, he was the western region security services manager for Securitas.
