Event 38 Unmanned Systems recently delivered E400 drone to the Air National Guard (ANG). The unmanned aircraft for use by emergency response personnel, was customized for the ANG, adding vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) as well as live-streaming thermal and RGB video payload, and all-in-one handheld ground control station controller. The E400 can be customized to fit a variety of payloads, using larger and more energy dense Lithium-Ion battery packs to increase flight endurance. Its high-wing designs resists wind to capture images without motion blur.
