Neiman Marcus Group Inc. has named Sarah Hendrickson as its first chief information security officer.
Hendrickson joins the etailer from Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, where she also served as CISO, said the Wall Street Journal. She has held IT security positions at Dell Inc. and J.C. Penney Co.
She started Nov. 3, and reports to CIO Michael Kingston.
"According to a job posting on the company’s careers website earlier this year, Hendrickson’s responsibilities include creating security and risk management programs and bulking up corporate disaster recovery policies," the Journal said.
