Security integrators with knowledge of IT and protecting of critical infrastructure are worth a lot today. In fact, G4S, the international security solutions group, believes that one integrator -- Adesta – is worth $66 million in an acquisition announced this morning, Nov. 17.

Adesta has over 20 years of experience in the deployment of fiber and wireless technologies for public safety communications, ITS applications, physical security and video surveillance, healthcare, education/distance learning and broadband communications networks often used to carry video sensor, access control and other security related data.
