Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. announces the purchase of Sonitrol of the Palm Beaches, a Sonitrol dealer since 1974, located in West Palm Beach, FL. The sale includes mostly commercial accounts including retail, restaurant, distribution and local government customers being serviced throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Sonitrol of the Palm Beaches has been owned by Joseph Rosenthal since 1984. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
