From Southwest Microwave, the Model 385 Outdoor Microwave Transceiver System has a detection range of 100 to 400 feet (30 to 122 meters), the flexibility of the 385 Transceiver makes it possible to “cut off” the microwave signal at a pre-selected range. It operates at K-band frequency rather than the more popular and crowded X-band.
