Jay Kaine serves as the director of the Motorola Solutions Public Safety Threat Alliance. He is responsible for the establishment, implementation and operation of the center that informs and protects public safety organizations globally against cybersecurity threats. Jay’s background and experience include over 25 years in private and public sector roles supporting U.S. national security, including service as a U.S. Army cyber officer.
